ERP PhD Candidate, Sejal Sharma, recently published her work, “Data Mining of PubChem Bioassay Records Reveals Diverse OXPHOS Inhibitory Chemotypes as Potential Therapeutic Agents Against Ovarian Cancer,” in Journal of Cheminformatics. This research, conducted under the guidance of ERP Associate Director, Manish Patankar, and Spencer Ericksen, explores innovative chemotypes and data mining pipeline that may lead to new therapeutic strategies for ovarian cancer treatment.
